 BDO is pleased to announce that Peter Matutat has recently joined the firm as a Partner with a specialization in emerging technology companies. With more than two decades of experience with public and private companies and the former National Emerging Company Practice Leader with PWC, Peter will play a strategic role on the BDO Technology Media and Telecommunications Industry team.
Peter brings extensive experience advising technology clients ranging from early stage development companies to publicly traded multinational enterprises. He is also a leading clean technology advisor. Peter worked in San Jose, California from 1999 to 2003 and is experienced with public offerings and public company reporting requirements in both Canada and the United States.
