Executive summary

Bryndon has been with BDO in Vancouver since January 2001, with his practice focused primarily on Canadian and US-listed public companies operating in the cannabis, mining and technology sectors. He has significant experience with complex financial reporting issues under both IFRS and US GAAP and specializes in companies with multinational operations, having developed an extensive global network of business colleagues.

Bryndon currently serves as our National Cannabis Industry Group Leader, our Australia and New Zealand Country Coordinator and as BDO's representative on the Canadian Chamber of Commerce's National Cannabis Working Group and International Cannabis Council.

While previously serving as BDO's Global Mining Leader and our National Natural Resources Industry Group Leader, Bryndon also served as BDO Canada's representative on CPA Canada's Mining Industry Task Force on IFRSs and as the Vice-Chair of the Vancouver branch of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.

Bryndon has been published in a variety of industry periodicals, including Cannabis Retailer Magazine, Mining Global Magazine and Energy & Mining International.
