Jack has over 30 years of experience providing audit, assurance, tax and business valuation services to clients with a strong focus on financial services – specifically with the audit of pension and benefit plans, trade unions and other not-for-profit clients. In addition, he is involved in business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, tax rollovers and family law disputes. A Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Jack has assisted in forensic accounting matters with respect to litigation support and insurance losses, and has made several court appearances on such matters.
