Fred’s practice is exclusively involved in business and securities valuations; mergers, acquisitions and divestiture advisory services; transaction support and due diligence services; dispute analyses and investigations; corporate finance advisory services; and litigation support services. His assignments have encompassed a range of industries and involved both privately held and publicly listed companies located across North America and Europe.

Fred has qualified as an expert witness and has given testimony in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

He is also a seminar leader in the professional development programs of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta lecturing on the subject of valuations for financial reporting purposes.
