Oksana has over 7 years experience as a Chartered Accountant, and over 2 years experience as a Chartered Business Valuator, providing advice to entrepreneurial-minded businesses. Oksana has led many assignments involving business planning for new business ventures, assisting in the development of plans to grow existing business lines and conducting feasibility studies. She has significant experience in the development of forecasts and projections used in financing, acquisitions, divestitures and business plans. Oksana also performs valuation assignments in connection with acquisitions, divestitures and for Venture Capital Funds.
