Tim is a Partner, Business Valuator and Litigation Support expert. Tim is responsible for providing valuation and litigation support services in the Southwest Ontario Region. These services include rendering independent opinions and estimates of values, providing assistance to clients and colleagues with respect to purchases and sales of businesses, corporate finance transactions, and providing assistance to lawyers and colleagues in qualifying damages, determining business values, resolving disputes and preparing evidence for trial.
Tim has provided expert testimony in court, prepared and delivered to various industry groups seminars on the subject of business interruption insurance, loss of income claims, litigation support and fraud investigation.
He is also responsible for providing forensic accounting services in the Southwest Ontario region. These services include quantifying losses due to fraud and preparing evidence for trial.
Tim is involved with Junior Achievement and sits on the Board of Directors of Heartwood Place.
