Bruce has been a member of BDO Canada LLP’s Financial Advisory Services (“FAS”) group since 2003. Bruce is a manager in the Kelowna, BC office and provides financial advisory services to all 14 offices in the BDO Western Interior Region.
Bruce has over nine years of experience in FAS and specializes in the areas of business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financing engagements, litigation support, forensic accounting, business interruption insurance mandates and matrimonial work.
Bruce’s valuation experience includes valuations for tax planning, corporate reorganizations, purchase or sale of a business, matrimonial, and shareholder disputes.
Bruce also has experience in conducting forensic investigations assignments involving suspected management, employee and shareholder fraud and has provided assistance to clients in preparing financial projections and business plans in relation to financing requirements.
