Clark McKeown is a Senior Vice-President with BDO Dunwoody Limited and a Partner with BDO Dunwoody LLP. Clark is in charge of the Transaction Advisory Services (“TAS”) group in the Toronto Region that specializes in divestitures, acquisitions, financings and restructurings for mid-market companies.
Clark has more than 15 years of experience advising companies on how to re-build, re-capitalize and recover. Focusing on companies with sales ranging from $25 million to $250 million, he has advised companies on transactions for clients across numerous industries, including construction, financial institutions, food, electronics, retail, printing, automotive and general manufacturing.
Joining BDO in 2002, Clark's previous experience includes Deloitte & Touche Ltd.., PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., an angel fund and was a President and CEO of a Public Company.
