Carlo is a Partner in the National Risk Consulting and Advisory Services practice with extensive years of assurance and risk advisory experience. Carlo is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant in the US, a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified Internal Auditor. Carlo has worked with numerous clients to enhance or develop policies and procedures within the organization to achieve the regulatory compliance with established legislations such as Bill 198 and Sarbanes-Oxley. Carlo has extensive experience in assisting clients in evaluating or establishing policies and procedures within their organization that are in adherence with established frameworks such as COSO, COSO for Small Business, Cobit, COSO ERM, and with other company established goals and objectives.
Carlo has serviced clients across numerous industries for more than 10 years which includes financial services, mining and technology companies. His experience with financial services includes banking, life insurance, investment management, and brokerage operations.
Carlo brings a unique perspective when consulting on topics such as internal audit, enterprise wide risk management, internal controls assessments, whistleblower programs and other similar topics given his experience in Public Accounting and industry.
