He works with executive senior management and audit committee members to find innovative business and technology solutions. Sam has successfully assisted many clients with regulatory compliance, IFRS transformation, IT assessments, enterprise risk management, and corporate governance initiatives. He contributes to the field of corporate governance by advising on best practices and participating in executive forums.
