Joe is a Senior Manager responsible for management consulting, business technology solutions and training provided by the Sault Ste. Marie office of BDO Canada LLP.
His areas of expertise are in organizational and business planning with particular emphasis on business systems, market research, operations and human resources. Joe’s scope of expertise in training is in the area of entrepreneurship, organizational workshops, and human resource system implementation and computer software applications.
Joe has 23 years of experience, 5 years with the Ontario Ministry of Northern Developments and Mines, 6 years as a private consultant and 12 years at BDO Canada LLP.
Joe is current or past director with Sault Ste. Marie Crime Stoppers and the Sault College Foundation and sits as an advisor to the Algoma Community Justice Centre and Barrier Free in Algoma Association.
Joe was approved by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada as BDO’s only Advisor in Ontario on Federal Government First Nation Third Party Management engagements.
Joe completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants Business Transition training course – “How to Build a Thriving Family Business Practice” four day session.
