Kelly is a CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining BDO’s National Office in 2003, she spent fourteen years in industry at a public company listed on both the TSX and NYSE.

As the National Risk Management Partner, Kelly’s role is to promote high quality work within the firm through the development and monitoring of policies and procedures which help minimize risk levels within the firm.

Kelly is the Canadian representative on the BDO International Risk Management Committee and the International Independence Task Force. She has served on the Institute of Chartered of Accountants Examination Committee and the Ontario Securities Commission Small Business Advisory Committee.
