Applying to become a Staff Accountant at BDO can be a lengthy process, but we are here to make it a smooth and worthwhile experience. With information sessions, career fairs, CA nights, student workshops and other summer events, you will get to know the staff at BDO, even before you start working with us!

Work terms and Graduate Programs

We have an extensive national campus recruitment program, actively recruiting for the January, May and September work terms. We are currently recruiting at over 25 major colleges and universities across Canada.

As for our graduate program, we recruit these individuals a year in advance, while they are in their last year of study, typically their 4th year. Once they have accepted the job offer, our graduates are invited to office social events prior to officially joining the firm. An inarguable advantage in joining BDO after graduation is the relatively shorter timeframe to attain Partnership, compared to our competitiors.
