Toronto, ON: BDO Dunwoody LLP is pleased to announce the merger of BDO Solutions, a leading Canadian-based business consulting firm, and MDKS Business Solutions, one of the largest independent accounting, and professional service firms in Kitchener- Waterloo. By the merger BDO solutions becomes one of Canada’s largest and most powerful Microsoft Dynamics mid market partners. The merger leverages the expertise of both companies, and ensures that both BDO and MDKS customers gain access to an expanded solution portfolio, while continuing to receive the benefits of existing services.
Focusing primarily on mid-size organizations BDO provides an array of business solutions including Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Intelligence (BI). Complementing this, MDKS provides Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and IT services to the greater Toronto area, Kitchener- Waterloo, London and Southern Ontario Canadian organizations.
